Can you style both our ceremony and reception?
Yes, we can discuss styling for different parts of your celebration, including the ceremony, reception and key details throughout your venue.
Can we choose individual items rather than a full package?
Our pricing page lets you explore individual styling items and build an initial estimate. We can then discuss the selections that best suit your plans.
Do you work with a particular budget?
Please share your budget when you enquire. We can talk through the available options and create a proposal based on the services you need.
Can you work with a theme or Pinterest inspiration?
Of course. You can include a Pinterest link, colour palette or reference images in your enquiry to help explain the look you have in mind.
Do you provide flowers as well as venue styling?
Our offerings include floral and decorative styling options. The exact flowers and arrangements available for your date will be confirmed in your personal proposal.
Can we change our selections after receiving an estimate?
The online calculator provides an initial guide only. Let us know about any changes so we can review the details and issue an updated proposal where needed.
Is the online estimate a final quotation?
No. It is an indication of cost based on your selections and chosen year. A final quotation will depend on the confirmed requirements, availability and venue details.
What does the carriage fee cover?
A £350 carriage charge is included in the current website estimate. Please ask the team to confirm exactly which delivery, setup or collection services are covered for your venue.
Do you offer delivery, setup and collection?
Please include your venue and timings when you enquire. We will confirm the arrangements and any services included in your quotation.
What information do you need for an enquiry?
Your names, preferred date, venue and contact details are the best starting point. A guest count, budget and inspiration link are also helpful if you have them.
How do we book once we are happy with our proposal?
The team will explain availability, payment terms and the next steps once you have reviewed your personal proposal.
